The first real details on the upcoming Green Day: Rock Band were sent out by MTV & Harmonix today. You can expect to be able to play 47 Green Day songs on June 8 - less than 3 months away! The game is coming out for Xbox 360, Playstation 3, and the Wii.
The game will feature 2-part harmonies for vocals, and all 47 songs can be exported to Rock Band/Rock Band 2/Rock Band 3 for $10. Additionally, if you preorder the game from Gamestop, the export token is included for free, or you can buy a $70 special edition of the game that includes the token and all 6 Green Day songs previously released as DLC for Rock Band.
That's all great, but what about the music? Songs in GD:RB will include "Brain Stew/Jaded", "Hitchin' a Ride", and "Boulevard of Broken Dreams".

Take some time away from just dancing and boot up Rock Band this coming Tuesday for four songs from the modern-day Madonna, Lady Gaga. Lady Gaga Pack 01 will include "Poker Face" and "Bad Romance" as well as two other songs off her smash albums The Fame and The Fame Monster. Don't worry if you're too proud to sing Lady Gaga, though, because the fifth song this week is right there with you. South Park fans should appreciate the soothing, sultry voice of Eric Cartman performing his own version of "Poker Face". Yes, really. More details, including tracks and pricing, after the jump.
