You heard right. Jimmy Buffett and Disturbed has finally been dethroned as weirdest DLC pairing. This coming week brings us two songs from legendary duo Simon & Garfunkel, including "The Sound of Silence", and a three-pack from the mask-wearing terrors in Slipknot. That pack features "Duality" from their 2005 platinum album Vol. 3: (The Subliminal Verses). We've also got another free track coming our way. It took some time, but Nirvana's Nevermind album is finally complete this week with a final three pack including "Smells Like Teen Spirit". While an announcement this big would probably be enough to satisfy everyone waiting on those three songs, we've also got a Night Ranger three-pack featuring "(You Can Still) Rock in America". Not enough Tom Petty in your Rock Band experience? This week will fix that with a six-pack of live tracks from Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers! On November 17th, owners of The Beatles: Rock Band will get to play the rest of Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, including "Lovely Rita" and "A Day in the Life". As for Rock Band 2, look for a five-pack from AFI, including "Medicate", and singles from the Bangles and new rock supergroup Them Crooked Vultures, featuring members of the Foo Fighters, Queens of the Stone Age, and Led Zeppelin.
